We have a competitive salary, growth opportunities within the organization as leadership evolves, hip and upbeat location and great benefits!An expert Mergers and Acquisition Specialist must have deep industry knowledge, including a thorough understanding of major competitors and trends.Responsibilities:Mergers, Acquisition and RestructuringResearch and Prospecting: Take initiative to Identify Target mergers and acquisitions opportunities through multiple channels.Identifying acquisition targets and preliminary legwork for potential deals, required negotiations and presentations, performing due diligence, executing the transaction, and post-close integration management.Financial Evaluation of Targets and recommend acquisition and merger opportunities to Senior Management.Play Key role in initiation and implementation of action plans for due diligence as well as for the formulation of preferred routes of approach.Actively communicate with cross-functional departments in support of the diligence and investigation of prospective opportunities. Conducting due-diligence reviews on prospective target companies from a historical and future tax perspectiveReview and work out Valuation of new Investment Opportunities using appropriate valuation methodsFormulating and Implementing Strategies for mergers and acquisitions considering Strategic Goals of the groupWork out re-structuring options to maximise Fund raising Potential and Tax planning.Funding of Acquisition OpportunitiesWork closely with Private Equity Investors, Financial Institutions, Money markets for fund raising at competitive pricing.Work with companies, investors and financial sponsors to originate structure and execute equity and debt financing to structure complex transactions. Qualifications:Portfolio of closed acquisitions ranging from $5 M to $10MMaster's in Accounting, Economics or Finance from an Accredited College and/or 5 years of related experience.Knowledge of investment processes, business and budget planningKnowledge and experience with M&A transactions from open to closeHighly motivated, able to take initiative, multi-task, work independently and with a teamSound judgment, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytical skillsResponsible for all aspects of the company's acquisitions and divestituresBPO and/or Mortgage industry experience is a mustPerks:Onsite PositionMedical/Dental/Vision BenefitsGenerous Bonus structureEmployment Development AssistanceHoliday/Sick/Vacation Time in accordance with our employment agreementBe a part of a growing family-oriented company!Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayOvertimeWeekend availabilitySupplemental pay types:Bonus payCommission payAbility to commute/relocate:Schaumburg, IL 60173: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Master's (Preferred)Experience:Mergers & acquisitions: 5 years (Required)Work Location: One location
