Uline is looking for a Tax Analyst Team Lead to manage and grow a dedicated team of Tax Analysts. • Manage a team of Tax Analysts by exhibiting a positive problem-solving attitude, concentrating on results while promoting a positive work environment.
• Review reports and analysis prepared by Tax Analysts to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
• Actively engage and work closely with department leadership to identify needs and develop improvements to reporting metrics and analysis.
• Support coaching and mentoring initiatives to help the learning and development of department personnel. Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years Tax experience preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • SQL and Excel experience. Benefits
