bachelor's degree in an accounting, finance or business discipline,
supported by approximately 2 years' work experience as an auditor
in a public accounting firmYou must be eldigible to obtain a US CPA
license in your work stateExperience leading the planning,
execution and reporting on audits in the Banking & Captial Markets
sectorWorking knowledge of US GAAPExcellent communication and
negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to managementThe
flexibility to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced
environmentThe ability and willingness to travel and work in excess
of standard hours when necessaryAccess to reliable transportation
to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver's license is
strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation
options may not be available in all locationsIdeally, you'll also
haveKnowledge of current market issues in the Banking & Capital

comprehensive compensation and benefits package where youll be
rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you
bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most
geographic locations in the US is $68,2000 to $112,400. The salary
range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California
(excluding Sacramento) is $81,800 to $127,800. Individual salaries
within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of
factors including but not limited to education, experience,
knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards
package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k)
plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our
flexible vacation policy, youll decide how much vacation time you
need based on your own personal circumstances. Youll also be
granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer
