We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong financial operations, critical thinking, and organizational skills to join our global Clearing and Risk team. This role is part of our core Operations team, responsible for ensuring the reliable flow of trading activity across markets and managing real-time risk for trading teams.
This position involves a 4-day workweek, with one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). During onboarding, you will work a standard Monday-Friday schedule before transitioning to the 4-day schedule (Wednesday-Saturday or Sunday-Wednesday). Candidates must be comfortable with this arrangement. Flexibility and reliability to support weekend trading are essential.
What You'll Do:

• Perform daily clearing functions, including trade capture, lifecycle management, reconciliation, and break resolution across venues and products.
  
• Oversee real-time risk operations, monitor trading activity, evaluate risk requests, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with brokers, exchanges, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Work directly with trading teams, clearing brokers, exchanges, and internal stakeholders across Technology, Finance, and Operations to facilitate seamless workflows.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and maintain detailed procedural documentation.
  
• Execute additional operational duties as needed to support the business.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  Skills You'll Need:
  
  
• At least 3 years of experience in a related operational role, preferably within financial services, with familiarity in post-trade lifecycles (Equities, Treasuries, Futures, FX, or Options).
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups); Python and SQL skills are a plus.
  
• Knowledge of exchange connectivity, clearing systems, and trading infrastructure is advantageous.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process improvement and handling large data volumes accurately under time constraints.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of collaborating globally and engaging with internal and external contacts.
  
• Ability to remain composed under stress, exercise good judgment in dynamic environments, and proactively make decisions.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

  Annual Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 USD
