Competitive salary ($75,000-$95,000) Overview of the role:
Performing biweekly payroll for multistate employees Partnering
with external vendors to complete payroll processing bi-weekly and
respond to payroll inquiries and requests by employees and other
internal and external users of payroll data Researching and
troubleshooting payroll discrepancies and resolving any
payroll-related issues. Serves as a liaison between Finance and
Human Resources regarding payroll, paid time off, and various other
policies and procedures. Prepares and maintains account
reconciliations as part of the monthly closing process. Ensures
that federal and state payroll reports (monthly, quarterly and
annually) are filed in a timely manner and accurately. Preferred
Qualifications: 3 years payroll experience Payroll processing and
reporting experience Bachelor Degree in accounting or related field
ADP WorkForceNow experience Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
certification preferred INMAY2025
