Job Description:
Accountant About the Company Our client is a well-established
leader in the construction industry looking to add an Accountant to
their team. They offer a collaborative work environment, growth
opportunities, and a conveniently located office with an easy
central commute. Responsibilities of the Accountant The Accountant
will manage monthly AIA billing for public, private, and commercial
projects The Accountant will identify and resolve billing
discrepancies to ensure alignment with contract terms Maintain
accurate billing records and customer account information Prepare
monthly WIP and labor reports Communicate regularly with clients to
reconcile accounts and address billing issues Conduct AIA and
overall billing reconciliations Preferred Qualifications for the
Accountant 1 years of accounting experience in the construction
industry Familiarity with WIP and labor reporting Excellent
communication and problem-solving skills Solid Excel skills (Pivot
Tables and VLOOKUPs) INMAY2025
