Senior Tax Reporting Analyst Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 This Senior Tax Reporting Analyst role presents an opportunity for an experienced tax professional to contribute to income tax provision processes, financial forecasting, technical tax research, and continuous process improvement efforts. The individual will collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Controllership, FP&A, Accounting & Consolidations, External Reporting, Treasury, and M&A. A strong foundation in ASC 740 and tax accounting is essential, along with a drive to expand technical expertise. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing accurate and timely tax provision calculations, including current and deferred taxes, tax reserves, and income tax expense Contribute to quarterly and annual US GAAP financial reporting requirements Support effective tax rate analysis, cash flow projections, and tax inputs to budgeting and forecasting processes Maintain and validate inventories of deferred tax assets/liabilities and uncertain tax positions Reconcile income tax payable accounts and ensure accuracy of tax-related balance sheet items Collaborate with international affiliates and contribute to global tax projects Participate in tax automation initiatives and internal control (SOX 404) activities Utilize tax reporting tools (e.g., OneSource), ERP (e.g., SAP), and consolidation systems (e.g., HFM) Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or Master's in Taxation preferred Minimum of 3 years' experience in income tax provision and ASC 740 application, either in public accounting or corporate environment Solid understanding of US corporate income tax compliance, state taxation, and audit processes Experience implementing and maintaining SOX controls within a tax function Proficiency in tax reporting systems and general ledger software Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment Team-oriented with adaptable workstyle Broad understanding of financial statements and international tax concepts LI-MC1 INMAY2025
