incentives for your hard work? As a Member Service Specialist, you
will represent the heart of NuMark Credit Union by offering
products and services that meet our member's (customer's) financial
needs. You will effectively build relationships and become a
trusted partner in making dreams a reality. Please note the
schedule for this position is Monday-Saturday. This position
requires availability for Saturday. The Credit Union is always
closed on Sundays, but employees are required to work
Monday-Saturday with one day off during the week. What You'll Do:
Build member relationships by providing exceptional service and
using open-ended questions to determine where they are in their
financial life-cycle. With full knowledge of NuMark products,
achieve sales goals by understanding member situations/aspirations,
offer products to meet needs, and continually strive to exceed
member expectations. Open various types of accounts and communicate
with other departments to cross-sell products, such as loans,
credit cards, deposit accounts and electronic services Accurately
handle cash and non-cash transactions and balance cash drawers.
Ensure confidentiality of member information in every situation.
Routinely maintain accounts according to member requests.
Qualifications: Ability to effectively upsell and cross-sell
products and services. Desire to develop sales skills. Desire for
continual professional development. Effective communication skills.
High school diploma. Cash handling experience. Willingness and
ability to substitute at other local branches if necessary. More

compensation range for this position is $20.00-$21.00 per hour
(non-exempt). Individual rates vary based on skills and experience.
This position is also eligible to earn monetary sales incentives.
