Job Description Summit Schaumburg has an open position for an
Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will support
the department in administrative duties related to the operations
of the department. Qualifications: To perform this job
successfully, an individual must have a minimum of two years--- of
office administrative experience and a minimum of two years--- in
prior HR capacity. Required Skills: Responsibilities: Receive, sort
and forward incoming mail. General clerical duties including
photocopying, fax and mailing. SAGE 500 experience a plus. Generate
and send out invoices. Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to
specific deadlines. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Accounts payable experience a plus. Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Extensive
knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Ability to
operate general office equipment. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or
similar software. Ability to maintain confidential information.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent
required Two years of administrative assistant experience
