Job Overview Montway Auto Transport is looking to expand our marketing team with a full-time digital marketing specialist. You will be responsible for the development, execution, measurement, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts to drive engagement for our retail shipping customers (B2C), as well as new lead generation and nurture marketing activities for helping grow our B2B business. The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of copywriting fundamentals including grammar, punctuation, and AP style. This role will continue to evolve with our own growth, but this is an opportunity for anyone who seeks experience in crafting digital marketing strategies and executing the tactics that align with them. We are looking for a creative strategic thinker who (ideally) has experience related to logistics and transportation companies. Additionally, our ideal candidate has also had prior experience in reputation management, effectively generating a positive brand reputation by properly conveying our position through effective communication. This role will actively collaborate with other marketing team members to improve our online reputation, both defending and expanding our brand publicly through active engagement in public commentary and customer education. Job Responsibilities + Actively create, manage and optimize B2C and B2B digital marketing campaigns + Analyze new opportunities, help develop strategy and execute campaigns across digital marketing channels + Track campaign performance against key performance indicators, including but not limited to: leads, pipeline, impressions, clicks, and CTR + Present digital media analytics reports to internal stakeholders + Make recommendations for new techniques, metrics, and strategies to improve targeting and measurement in the future + Monitor all landing pages to maximize conversion rates and create A/B tests for achieving improved conversion results + Identify new review platforms and opportunities for increased positive brand visibility + Help manage online review and rating platforms by employing working knowledge of Google ranking systems and search algorithms + Help analyze and respond to online reviews and comments in a timely manner as needed + Develop and maintain a positive public company image through public-facing communication + Support additional marketing projects as requested Qualifications, Skills, Traits, and Abilities + 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and paid lead generation required + Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, paid social media, and/or display advertising campaigns + Working knowledge of marketing reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.) + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Marketing Technology or related discipline with a digital strategy focus + Strong analytical skills, including prior experience in data analysis and report generation + Prior experience with audience segmentation and targeting strategies + Previous working knowledge of ad retargeting and look-a-like audience retargeting + Prior CRM experience a plus + Previous working experience with logistics or related industry preferred + WordPress or CMS platform experience required + Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS + Prior experience with marketing automation platforms a plus + Exceptional writing skills required + Basic on-page SEO acumen + Exemplary communication skills and clarity of thought + Ability to think strategically, creatively, and opportunistically + Superior organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities + Ability to multitask and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders + Passion for accuracy and detail, including written and oral communications + Comfortable and able to effectively work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment + Flexible, able to adjust to changing priorities and operate effectively in a fluid and fast-paced environment What We Offer: + The opportunity to join an experienced and ambitious team that's passionate about exceeding customer expectations and loves coming to work every day (even if it's remotely) + Competitive salary + Medical, dental, and vision insurance (Blue Cross/Blue Shield HMO and PPO options) + Company-paid life insurance + 401(k) with matching + Opportunities for work from home and flexible work arrangements + Monthly home internet reimbursement + Free company lunches + Casual dress code Powered by JazzHR
