POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Specialist Intern will help support the internal and external marketing resources and manage the traffic of incoming projects. This person will assist in the coordination of the efforts from the marketing team as it relates to the creation, production, and launch of omni channel marketing campaigns for the sales, business units, and other shared services in the organization. This job will use a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing campaigns such as creative assets, tactics, social media, and content marketing. Independently coordinate outside vendors who work with the marketing teams and oversee projects, deliverables, timelines and communication with internal stakeholders. Assist in the creation, readiness, and edits of copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice. Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports including post campaign analysis. Coordinate monthly meetings with stakeholders and provide support in the collection, coordination, and tracking of deliverables. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS: Currently working towards a Bachelor---s Degree in Marketing or Communications (or similar) 0-2 years of marketing or related experience Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail Ability to organize, multi-task, work independently on several projects, and meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn new platforms.
