Leveraging the total suite of Experian data and technology assets,
the ideal candidate will aid tier 1(OEM) agencies, platforms, media
partners and value-added resellers understand their marketing
opportunities, audience options, growth potential and competitive
threats to drive new and used sales as well as service
opportunities.
This is a strategic position designed to ensure marketing customers
are maximizing the value and use of Experian audiences and
marketing solutions throughout the organization. It requires a
self-starter, pro-active and consultative individual with tier 1
marketing experience, who is passionate about automotive marketing
and has a track record of conducting meaningful market analysis and
building lasting business relationships.

Specific responsibilities include:
Independently consults on and off client premises to support the
use of Experian audiences, Audience Engine, Experian Marketing
Engine, and related information throughout the organization.
Serves as primary on and offsite point-person for custom reporting,
audience creation, analysis, ad-hoc investigations, automotive data
and Experian marketing product training. Liaising with OEM agencies
and their OEM counterparts (as needed).
Requires a firm understanding of the automotive marketing industry
(agencies, platforms, CDP's, etc.) including business and
operations, automotive marketing and sales data, State privacy
restrictions, uses, and specific end user applications and query
tools at the corporate, dealer and agency level. Highly effective
communication, problem solving and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct industry analysis to understand key opportunities based on
the advertiser's market position and providing recommendations to
drive overall strategy
Ability to pull data insights and create a narrative around those
insights
Support client retention, growth and product innovation through
Experian marketing solutions
Serve as technical resource to build and analyze marketing
audiences in multiple platforms
Proactively initiate marketing analysis, presentations and
recommendation for various partners based on latest market data and
trends. Conduct quarterly executive market briefings with
clients
Lead meetings and voice of customer to drive product needs and
innovation
Facilitate fast problem resolution for any system and reporting
inquiries
Assist in discovery sessions to assess customer needs and
requirements for custom analysis
Partnering with the sales team, conduct regularly scheduled
business reviews with client business owners to assess how well
things are going and to identify areas of continuous
improvement
Key Competencies:
Highly proficient in automotive marketing data
Analytical and highly consultative
Ability to present analysis and ideas to C-level executives
Professional and confident enough to handle tough
questions/discussion in complex organizations involving dealers,
regions, and agency partners
Pro-active, action oriented, results driven, ability to thrive and
deliver in a fast paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics,
Economics, or Marketing.
3+ years experience in the marketing industry, ideally with tier 1
agencies, platforms or CDP companies.
Exceptional writing and presentation skills
Requires the ability to identify and analyze opportunities and
their impact on the business
Excellent assessment/probing and negotiation skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and
PowerPoint
Fundamental knowledge of database design issues and concepts
related to queries driven from compiled files and multiple data
sources
