Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a Local
1 Helper A to join our team! You will be responsible for completing
work orders and other required tasks. Job is located in the
Streeterville/Gold Coast region of downtown Chicago.
Responsibilities: - Complete work orders in a timely manner - Help
monitor, maintain and repair building-wide mechanical systems -
Perform routine preventive maintenance - Assist with apartment
turnover including but not limited to cleaning, and repairs - Keep
common areas in a clean and orderly fashion - Walk vacant units and
common areas - Help oversee work performed by outside contractors
as necessary - Provide great customer service Qualifications: -
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields -
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment - Ability to
handle physical workload - Deadline and detail-oriented -
Responsible for transportation to multiple buildings Company
