Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Traveling Commercial Project Manager Global Builders & Developers Inc. Midwest Based | Travel Required | Full-Time Global Builders & Developers Inc. is a growing commercial general contractor specializing in ground-up construction, shell & core, retail, hospitality, industrial, and multi-family projects across multiple states. We’re looking for a Traveling Commercial Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout. What You’ll Do: - Lead commercial projects from start to finish - Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors & contracts - Oversee GMP, cost-plus & lump sum projects - Run OAC meetings and maintain client relationships - Protect margins while delivering high-quality results - What We’re Looking For: - 5 years commercial construction PM experience - Ground-up experience preferred - Strong budgeting & cost control skills - Ability to travel (50–80%) - Procore experience preferred - What We Offer: ?
