Job DescriptionSocial Media Content Specialist/Graphic
DesignerThe Marketing Team at Patrick Dealer Group is looking for a
Social Media Content Specialist/Graphic Designer to build new
content while improving upon the information we already display on
our website(s) and social media platforms.Someone who is
responsible for the contribution of information to any media and
most especially to digital media. They usually target a specific
end-user/audience in specific contexts. The successful candidate
needs to have a strong understanding of SEO and the effects it has
on Google rankings. A good SEO writer also must be able to use
keywords effectively to help our readers find our content in search
engines while creating eye catching graphics for are ads to stand
out.Your goal is to help the Marketing Team gradually achieve
superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and
revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media
& online listings marketing roadmap (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
You Tube, GMB, Yahoo, Bing, etc). Have a solid understanding of how
each of our social media channels works and how to optimize content
so that it is engaging on those channels for each of Patrick Dealer
Group Brands. Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time Hourly Monday thru
Friday with some Saturday during planned eventsStarting Hourly

Non-smoking office environment, using a computer, telephone, and
other office equipment daily.Note: Ability to travel as needed to

before employees are eligible. Your Responsibilities: Build and
help manage the company's social media profiles and strategy,
including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok. Create
effective online marketing campaigns that build brand recognition,
customer loyalty and engagement. Coordinate marketing campaigns
with sales activities Develops, executes, and monitors all social
media paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Develop organic content according to brand that is relative and
entertaining to the target audience and current followers. Design
and create marketing collateral for advertisements, print,
promotions, and social posts in sync with brand standards.
Researching and organizing facts and sources Blog posts for each
location Email/Employee newsletters quarterly Video
creation/marketing/editing for all Patrick locations Additional
day-to-day tasks include: Responding to inquiries in inboxes across
channels, actively engaging with comments left on posts, user
generated content and monitoring overall brand perception Complete
additional task assigned by Marketing Manager Must be able to
interact with managers/staff to help gain content, photos & videos
related to our brands Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's
Degree in Marketing, or relevant field, with 1-2 years' experience
preferred. Video editing experience Proven track record of building
engagement and followers in previous roles Experience and working
knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook,
Twitter, Youtube, etc.) Experience with an enterprise social media
management tool (Zoho Social, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.)
Familiar with Facebook Business Manager, Business Locations
Settings, Ads Manager, and Facebook Pixel. Experience using Adobe
Creative Suite to include Illustrator, Photoshop, and LightRoom.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS Basic to expert understanding
of the Automotive Industry Must have a solid understanding of SEO
best practices Can work independently on a project or in a team
environment. Excellent communication (written, oral, interpersonal)
and grammar skills Strong project management skills with an ability
to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects. We are an equal
