software.
---Identify barriers or problems and apply problem-solving
skills.

---Provide L2 and L3 teams with support as needed
---Support telephony L2 and L3 teams as needed
Qualifications
---Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Networking or equivalent
experience
---2+ years of experience with the following:
Basic Cisco routing/switching
Windows/Linux workstations/servers
Application install and troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills
---Desired MS Visio experience
---Desired Cisco switching, routing, wireless experience
---Desired Palo Alto firewall experience
---Nice to have certifications: CCNA, A+ Networking
