Healthy mix of hands-on operations and collaboration among all departments to produce high quality, built to spec fastenersClient DetailsMy client is a rapidly growing within the custom fastener space with over 50 years in the industry. This company imports a variety of fasteners and then machines them down according to client specifications. As one of the largest OEM supplies in the country, my client services a number of different industries, including aerospace, construction, agricultural, industrial and oil & gas.Description- Assist sales staff in determining production capabilities - Improve production processes or introduce new ideas - Collaborate with production and quality team - Interpret custom client specs/blueprints - Processes routings, BOMs, and close attention to detail Profile- 1-2 years of manufacturing engineering experience - close attention to detail - Blueprint proficiency - AutoCAD, SolidWorks experience - Strong documentation experience Job Offer- 3 weeks of PTO + 4 personal days- $60,000 - $85,000 base salary depending on experience - 401K Match- Clear path to leadership opportunities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
