Install Service Technician Location: Chicago, IL (Travel
Required) Compensation: $32.21/hour (Union Position with Wage

for $$$$$$ down the line Exciting Work & Travel: After an initial
120-day training period in Chicago, you'll be on the road 50-60% of
the time, leading installations across the Midwest and beyond. What
You’ll Do: Install and maintain cutting-edge automated packaging
equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and
software-related issues. Provide on-site training and technical
support to customers. Collaborate with engineering and service
teams to ensure optimal equipment performance. Travel regionally
and nationally, ensuring seamless installations and customer
satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: 2-5 years of OEM Technician
or related experience (military, packaging equipment, or food
manufacturing preferred). Strong electrical and mechanical
troubleshooting skills (24V-480V experience preferred). Ability to
read schematics, operate a voltmeter, and diagnose
electrical/mechanical issues. Self-motivated with excellent
communication skills to work independently and with customers.
Willingness to travel extensively (50-60%), including occasional
weekends. -Midwest travel Additional Perks: Paid Travel Expenses:
Daily per diem for meals, mileage reimbursement, and
company-covered lodging. Overtime Pay: Time-and-a-half after 8
hours/day, with double pay for Sundays. Comprehensive Training:
