Turbine Services Fleet Specialist to join our Engineering &
Maintenance team. This position plays a pivotal role in overseeing
and enhancing the performance, reliability, and service life of our
turbine fleet. The ideal candidate will bring a robust knowledge of
turbine systems, a proactive approach to sustainable practices, and
a sharp focus on optimizing our operational efficiencies. Lead the
engineering assessments and inspections of turbine machinery across
various sites. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to
increase efficiency and reduce operational costs. Coordinate with
cross-functional teams on large-scale projects to improve turbine
performance. Stay updated with industry trends and implement best
practices in turbine technology and maintenance. Prepare technical
reports and recommendations for senior management on turbine fleet
management. In-depth knowledge of turbine systems, including steam
and gas turbines Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using
diagnostic tools Excellent project management skills Ability to
collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification as a Vibration Analyst
(Category III or IV preferred) Certified Maintenance & Reliability
Professional (CMRP) is a plus
