Job Description Job Description Salary: Burtness Chevrolet | Orfordville, WI Employment Type: Full-Time Burtness Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our service team in Orfordville, Wisconsin. This position is ideal for a skilled technician with dealership experience who is committed to quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. Essential Functions Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards Perform routine maintenance and advanced mechanical repairs Accurately document work performed using dealership systems Comply with all safety policies and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate effectively with service advisors and other technicians (This list is not intended to be all-inclusive. Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.) Qualifications Prior automotive technician experience required GM dealership experience preferred GM certifications preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills Ability to meet productivity, quality, and safety expectations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Regular and reliable attendance Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift in a service-shop environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to work in varying shop conditions including noise, heat, and cold Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
