experienced Electrical Engineer to play a key technical leadership

What You’ll Do Lead the electrical design of projects across
municipal, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure markets
Develop and review electrical systems including power distribution,
lighting, grounding, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems Coordinate
closely with mechanical, structural, civil, and architectural teams
to deliver integrated designs Provide technical guidance, quality
control, and design oversight throughout project lifecycles Serve
as a key technical resource for project teams and clients, offering
solutions to complex design challenges Perform drawings,
specifications, plan markups and calculations to ensure accuracy
and compliance with applicable codes and standards Support project
planning, scope development, and fee proposals from a technical
perspective Interface with clients, utilities, contractors, and
regulatory agencies as needed Stay current on electrical codes, MEP
trends, and emerging technologies and apply best practices to
projects Contribute to continuous improvement of design standards,
tools, and processes across the firm Go beyond the job description.

Engineering & Environmental. What It Takes Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical Engineering or related field 8 years of professional
electrical engineering experience, with a strong MEP background
Experience working in a consulting engineering environment PE
license preferred but not required Strong working knowledge of NEC,
local codes, and industry standards Experience working with
municipal water/wastewater projects is a plus. Proven ability to
lead projects technically without formal direct reports Excellent
communication skills and the ability to collaborate across
disciplines High level of organization, accountability, and
