Implementation Project Manager
Location: SCHAUMBURG, IL
15 months contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:
--- Minimum of five years of previous, relevant experience project management experience
--- Minimum of two years of experience with Inventory/Supply Chain Management transactions in one or more large-scale ERP systems is required (D365 not required, but preferred)
--- 5 or more years project management experience with a proven record of successfully delivering ERP projects; experience working on and managing enterprise-scale IT, Service Delivery, or similar projects or equivalent experience.
--- Solid understanding of Inventory principles and processes
--- Solid understanding of Pay workflow principals and processes
--- Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role requiring a high level of individual responsibility, sound business judgment, and an aptitude for improving customer satisfaction.
--- Demonstrable flexibility and the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
--- Strong negotiation, problem solving, risk management, prioritization, decision making, and organizational skills.
--- Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in communications facilitation.
--- Ability to drive meetings, document minutes and actions of meetings mapped back to requirements traceability matrix.?
