Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.This individual will be responsible for the overall profit and loss within the Central Zone of the Workplace Technologies and Servicessales division in Canon Solutions America. This role entails managing sales activities in the entire organization within the assigned territory, which will include both base sales divisions and area sales divisions. Responsibilities- Aggressively grows the sales organization in key markets and segments while monitoring the establishment, development and enhancement of customer relationships.- Manages development of strategy for both short and long term goals that directly impact the organization's profitability. Implements strategies and tactics to expand market presence and market share within the US.- Delivers the revenue goals and forecast established for the division by developing and managing related sales plans for the region.- Displays excellent human relations skills as judged by intellect, communications ability, approachability, and integrity.- Maintains a schedule of periodic contact with current, previous, and potential customers to inquire about satisfaction with services, need for other services, or need for services.- Designs strategic sales and marketing plans (in cooperation with Marketing) via competitive analysis, customer segmentation and penetration plans.- Monitors customer, market, and competitor activity. Provides feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.- Works closely with the Marketing team to on US positioning.- Provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives.- Approves budgets and expenditures; monitors and controls expenditures of the sales group to meet budgetary requirements.
