Location: Our corporate offices in Schaumburg, Illinois

Salary: $80k - $110k USD (plus bonus / commission)

Rely Services is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm founded in 1997. We partner with clients on a wide variety of outsourcing needs-project management, IT, account management, and more. Current and previous clients include Marriott, Carnegie Mellon University, the State of Illinois, and many more.

We are looking for a Business Development Person to join our sales team and focus on mid-market customers in the outsourcing space - finance, healthcare, and insurance. We seek exceptional talent that is eager to do the best work of their life while supporting others in doing the same. You will be responsible for driving sales opportunities with prospective customers as well as expanding business within existing accounts. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business objectives and act as their trusted guide for using Rely services most effectively. You'll also work with cross-functional teams to help align our product roadmap and marketing materials with customer feedback.

What You Will Be Doing?

Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
Attending conferences and industry events
Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision makers
Help educate customers on the value of outsourcing their back office functions to Rely
Identify customer needs to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup, upgrade and renewal
Collaborate with other members of the team - marketing, operations - to build strategic plans for customers
Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across the organization processes
Handle all customer communication and organize / escalate issues appropriately
Drive revenue through proactive approach to key accounts

What You Should Have:

5+ years of sales experience in finance, healthcare, insurance, customer service.
Experience managing a pipeline and closing contracts
Excellent communication skills both with customers and within the organization
Proven negotiations and closing skills
Strong track record of navigating mid-market organizations
Ability to develop and maintain senior level relationships quickly and effectively
Experience presenting to senior management and the C-suite
Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
Takes an active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships
Ability to be flexible and adaptive
Experience with enterprise SaaS vendors preferred
Bachelor's degree required
Some travel required
