Job Description:
The RoleWith a focus on our Core Values of Integrity, Internally
Driven, Fun and Respect, the Client Relations Manager responsible
for developing existing clients by generating new business and
educating clients on all service offerings. They collaborate with
the clients' executive leadership and management team as a
strategic business partner forecasting needs, reviewing market
trends, enhancing customer service, and conducting on site visits
and presentations. This position requires a flexible schedule to
always support the program and may include support after hours
and/or on-call duties.What You'll Be DoingDemonstrate commitment
and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values, and
vision of the company.Maintain an average headcount of 75-89
contractors.Successfully audit upkeep of pipeline with 100%
accuracy.Act as 'go to' resource for questions or guidance from all
team members.Conduct on-site visits with current clients;
identifying key decision makers to be included as part of the
on-site meetings, such as VP of Human Resources or Chief Nursing
Officer.Educate client on current market trends and services not
currently being utilized.Ability to resolve escalated issues to
position as a critical partner in our clients' success.Schedule
Quarterly Business Reviews with client. This should be a minimum of
3 times per year.Develop and present customized Quarterly Business
Reviews to client to communicate recent activity, effectiveness of
the MSP partnership, and share industry knowledge.Provide expertise
knowledge on current ATS platform.Follow 'standard operating
procedures' for day-to-day procedures so that operation functions
efficiently with all team members.Organize potential candidates for
openings based on loyalty, quality, and value to priority agency
partners.Obtain referrals from clients and forward to Sales
team.Performs other duties as assigned.Great Things to HaveAbility

time.Ability to adapt and cope with high stress and pressure in a
fast-paced environment.Skill in building relationships and
developing strong business partnerships.Excellent time management
skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or
related software.What We Look ForBachelor's degree in business
administration, communications, marketing, sales, or related
field.3 years account manager and/or sales experience.2 years in
the healthcare industry.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to
20 lbs. as necessary.Must be able to remain in a stationary
position at least 50% of the time.Occasionally move throughout
office environment.Continually observe information/data both on
paper and electronically at a close range/distance.Continually
operate computer and other electronic office equipment.The Company
