Job Description:
Zurich Services (Schaumburg, IL) seeks an Identity and Access
Management (IAM) Project Manager to be responsible for demand
management including program and stakeholder management for various
business units, managing the influx of activities and demand from
various business units, and interacting with vendor teams and other
resources to complete projects. Specific duties include: conduct
project management (planning, scheduling and tracking) to plan and
manage the projects in the IAM Platforms; perform requirement
gathering by establishing a common understating between the
business units; coordinate team and manage stakeholders to
coordinate and manage the expectations and relationships with all
the internal and external stakeholders of the project; manage
process to ensure the deliverables meet the expectation of the
business units; and manage service availability to ensure the
services (IAM platforms) are available to all consumers globally.
Occasional U.S. travel required. Option to work remotely is
available. Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign
equivalent, in Computer Science, or a closely related field of
study, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or as a
Technology Lead, Senior .NET Developer/Lead, or similar experience
working in information technology project management. Must have 5
years of experience with each of the following: working with full
life cycle of the project, including requirement gathering,
analysis, estimation, designing UI/middle tier/database and coding;
and working on operational aspects of the project, including
following up on the new infrastructure, getting the softwares
installed on servers and deploying the application on the
application and web servers. Must also have 3 years of experience
with each of the following: handling large scale projects from
initiation to production support and publishing priorities for
efforts within the teams; conducting project meetings and
communicating individual goals; working with multiple teams to plan
and coordinate execution, defining project processes and
establishing standards; and developing web applications and windows
services using .Net, ASP.Net, MVC, Visual Studio, ADO.Net, C#, CSS
and SQL Server. Additionally, must have 2 years of experience
preparing high level/low level design documents for all key
initiatives. Specific experience must also include: authoring
unit/integration test plans and interacting with customers and
providing walkthrough to various teams including UAT teams; and
conducting design discussions with appropriate teams. Occasional
