Guide and develop the fast-growing sales team that helps drive Ulines success as North Americas top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials! Better together than apart. This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities

• Guide and support sales initiatives for our North American Branches and Sales Offices, identifying and driving best practices throughout the organization.
• Provide hands-on, field-oriented training and mentorship to develop the overall capabilities of the sales team.
• Set, forecast, analyze and audit sales goals and performance metrics as well as report sales results and market dynamics.
• Assess and formulate sales territories for optimization and expansion.
• Participate in the recruitment and interview process for all Sales Manager and Sales Director openings. Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in business or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in Sales / Sales management with strong coaching skills.
  • Experienced in distribution of B2B supplies. An industrial focus is preferred.
  • Travel to Ulines North American locations up to 50% of the year. Benefits
