job purpose: The Channel and Customer Strategy team leads strategic
planning and the go-to-market plan for all channels and customers
within North America. As the Manager of Channel and Customer
Strategy
Convenience Retail, this role will own the strategy, planning and
communication to our National Sales Team for the fairlife portfolio
of dairy based nutrition brands in the Convenience Retail channel.
The ideal candidate understands that true value creation, both for
our customers and the company, is built upon a long-term, shared
vision of growth that is grounded in consumer and shopper
needs/occasions and informed by leading edge category and channel
insights. This individual will work seamlessly across multiple
functions within fairlife and the Coca-Cola System to deliver Joint
Business Plans and strategic selling decks that deliver long-term,
profitable growth for the company and our most valued
customers.responsibilities:Own the Convenience Retail channel and
customer commercial strategy for fairlife s full portfolio of
brands working with our most valued retail partnersPartner with the
National Retail Sales team to develop customer-specific selling
stories with consumer, shopper and category insights for the top
national Convenience Retail customersSupport Joint Business Plans
and other strategic meetings by providing analytic and commercial
support to the sales teamWork seamlessly across multiple internal
and external functions including Business Intelligence, Brand,
Category Commercial, Revenue Growth, Shopper Marketing and Category
Strategic AdvisoryEfficiently prioritize time across Convenience
Retail customers to ensure the fairlife brands
category selling stories are flawlessly executed, on time, for each
respective customer and buyerDevelop a clear segmentation framework
for the Convenience Retail channel to identify where to play and
how to win, with an emphasis on driving consumer recruitment and
profitable growth, though the execution of our Convenience Retail
occasion-based, price, pack, and channel roadmapDeliver against
annual and long-term KPI s including base brand acceleration,
successful innovation sell-in and expansion, and achieving revenue
and profit growth targetsLeverage Nielsen, Numerator, Mintel, and
Datassential data and proprietary Coca-Cola tools and research to
develop best in class insights and selling
storiesskills/qualifications required: ----Bachelor s Degree in
Business or Marketing required; MBA preferred5+ years of experience
in Customer Sales, Commercial, Insights and/or Category Advisory in
a CPG, foodservice or food distributor companyAbility to work
independently and collaboratively across cross-functional
groupsExceptional analytical capabilities utilizing Numerator,
Nielsen, IRI, customer shopper data or similar syndicated
resourcesProven ability to develop and implement strategic
frameworks for an organizationAbility to take programs from concept
to executionExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong
project management experienceHigh proficiency with all Microsoft
Office platformsAbility to handle ambiguity and work in a
fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentposition location: Chicago,
