A company is looking for a Senior Director, Customer
Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize revenue capture and
enhance billing performance
Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate documentation and
billing compliance
Manage vendor relationships and oversee a team of revenue cycle
professionals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance,
or related field
Proven experience with physician group practices or large
multi-specialty organizations
Deep understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding, payer
requirements, and reimbursement methodologies
10 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on physician
billing
