OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
- Sustain and continuously improve a governance and reporting
structure to facilitate the management of the BioLife
Transformation by the Biolife Leadership Team
- Advise, guide, and direct transformation projects/programs as
needed
- Lead through influence to ensure Transformation programs are
resourced, supported, and delivered with cross-functional
alignment
- Hire, develop, and retain top project and program management
talentACCOUNTABILITIESLeads the BioLife Transformation effort,
responsible for delivering BioLife's strategic objectives for
growth in collections, cost per liter (cost of goods) reductions,
and sustainability (75%).
- Ensures transformation programs are selected, prioritized,
scoped, planned, and managed to achieve and deliver commitments in
the Mid Range Plan (MRP) and Long Range Forecast (LRF).
- Sustains and continuously improves the governance framework to
capture and communicate status to senior leadership, identify and
escalate risks and decisions needed, and identify and resolve
conflicts and interdependencies across all functions impacted by
the Transformation Portfolio.
- Ensures supporting functions are fully engaged with firm
commitments and holds those functions accountable for commitments.

- Identifies opportunities to cancel or descope initiatives that
are not showing results, and identifies new opportunities to
deliver or exceed targets.
- Ensures continuous alignment between Transformation processes
and all interdependent processes.
- Develops tools, or recommends the procurement of tools, to
facilitate all of the above; works with cross-functional groups and
DD&T to oversee implementation of those tools.
- Guide, develop, and mentor project and program management staff
so they deliver at the highest possible level.
- Ensures projects and programs have the appropriate level of
rigor, detail, and accuracy based on their lifecycle stage.
- Ability to present concise messaging and drive consensus and
decisions in an executive setting.Advise, Guide, and Direct
Transformation Projects and Programs (25%)
- Identify programs that lack alignment or are experiencing
roadblocks.
- Work directly with program teams and/or facilitate workshops to
identify root causes, develop solutions, and oversee
implementation.
- Ensure continuous alignment between the project/program
objective and the overall Transformation objectives.DIMENSIONS AND

factorsEDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: -Essential:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical, engineering, or business
discipline. 15+ years of experience in a retail, pharma, and/or
operations capacity.Desired: - -
- Masters in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a relevant
technical discipline
- Experience with direct people management of teams of 5 or more
is highly desirable.
- Past history of successful management of complex programs,
continuous improvement management, and or leadership experience is
highly desirable.
- Project management, Supply Chain Operating Systems, and
Financial management skills are necessary.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Compensation and Benefits Summary We understand compensation is an
important factor as you consider the next step in your career. We
are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to
be more transparent with our pay practices. -For Location:Boston,
MAU.S. Base Salary Range:$208,200.00 - $327,140.00The estimated
salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The
actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors,
including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the
position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills,
level of education attained, certifications or other professional
licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or
from which they will be performing the job.--- The actual base
salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum
wage requirements for the job location. -U.S. based employees may
be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. U.S. based
employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision
insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and
