to view the opportunity below. The Finance Manager will be
responsible for managing all finance aspects for the assigned
area(s) of support. Take a hands-on financial operating role and
directly support the Line of Business Management that is influenced
by the assigned area of responsibility. Success will be determined
by the ability to develop and deliver the appropriate management
reporting, including but not limited to: internal margin reporting,
risk limit monitoring, budgeting and forecasting, management
reporting, performance metrics reporting, strategic planning,
liquidity management, funds transfer pricing, business opportunity
decision-making support, and to identify profit improvement
initiatives. Maintain an active dialog, information sharing,
collaboration and interaction with other support functions in
providing Line of Business performance knowledge and
intelligence.This person will also:
- Lead the Treasury team primarily responsible for funds transfer
pricing, liquidity risk management, forecasting, and related
reporting requirements.
- Perform a lead role in developing the funds transfer pricing
process including front end data management, modeling techniques
and methodologies, and end user reporting in collaboration with
other Treasury leadership and stakeholders across the greater
Finance team.
- Lead the development and maintenance of modeling processes
including QRM Funds Transfer Pricing, and the Internal Liquidity
Stress Testing (ILST) models.
- Develop and perform annual review processes to evaluate and
justify assumptions and methodologies used across modeling
processes.
- Interface with business leaders across the organization to
achieve mutual understanding of products, risk profiles, and
representation in the funds transfer pricing and liquidity risk
management processes.
- Maintain strong data management processes used to support risk
management and modeling processes.
- Maintain robust documentation and policies related to funds
transfer pricing and liquidity risk management.
- Collaborate throughout Treasury on related risk management
activities.Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience in Accounting or Finance. RequiredExperience
- 5-7 years Finance or Accounting. Required
- 5-7 years Financial services industry, with a background in
bank corporate treasury, ALM or FTP models, QRM, Empyrean,
financial analysis, enterprise reporting, cost accounting or
general accounting. Preferred.In addition to core traditional
