Spanish with a passion for delivering exceptional client
experiences? We’re seeking a Client Account Manager (CAM) to serve
as the central liaison between our clients and internal teams. This
role ensures that clients receive timely, high-quality service
while fostering long-term partnerships and strong company
relationships. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of
contact for assigned clients, delivering outstanding service and
acting as the face of the company. Manage daily client and carrier
communications, including monitoring and responding to client
inboxes. Implement new client procedures and ensure accurate
processing of freight bills. Oversee day-to-day activities of
assigned team members, as applicable. Support client retention and
growth through proactive, responsive communication and issue
resolution. Qualifications Experience: 12–18 months of experience
in client services, account management, logistics, or a related
field. Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Equivalent
combination of education and 2–3 years of relevant experience
accepted. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and
Word. Strong written and verbal communication in both English and
Spanish. Location: 100% remote (all necessary equipment provided).
