Bilingual Surgical Sales Consultant

Chicago Liposuction is a growing cosmetic surgical center. We make every effort to be at the forefront of the latest technology and are constantly reflecting to make sure we are delivering the best customer service, the best procedures, and the best results to our clients.

We offer our patients a wide variety of procedures such as Liposuction, -Facial Rejuvenation, Breast Augmentation, Tummy Tucks, and much more. We are currently seeking a strong Bilingual Sales Consultant to join our growing team in our Schaumburg location. (This position does not provide medical advice nor practice medicine.)

Position Overview:



--- Meet with and develop rapport with potential patients to discuss our services and procedures
--- Cultivate and close sales leads
--- Regularly follow up with booked and uncommitted clients
--- Accurately complete important administrative tasks as part of the sales process
--- Assist and plan monthly sales and customer appreciation events
--- Meet/exceed monthly goals

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required:

--- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with at least 2-5 years of recent consultative experience
--- Documented track record of sales success with a strong closing percentage
--- Excellent communication and presentation skills
--- Natural ability to build relationships face-to-face and over the telephone
--- Passion for delivering great service
--- Desire and ability to learn and execute new sales/coaching processes/programs
--- Experience in localized marketing efforts and lead generation
--- Good planning and organizational skills
--- Self-motivation, drive, and initiative
--- An outgoing and confident approach
--- Work well with the Medical Staff and Center staff/Strong sense of teamwork
