Job Description:

Psychiatry-Forensic opening in Schaumburg, Illinois. Annashae is seeking a Full or Part-time Psychiatrist for a high-security inpatient mental health facility in Northern Illinois. Responsibilities will include documentation of reasons for medication changes, review of seclusion and restraints at least twice a month, and testifying in court regarding involuntary commitment, fitness to proceed, and other issues (as required). Additional Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Meet at least monthly with patients to review their medication, explain reasons for the choice of medications and other issues (as required)
• Maintain awareness of the Department and Facility rules, policies and procedures as required

    • Current Illinois Controlled Substance Certificate
    • Current, full, and unrestricted Illinois Medical license
