professional lives. Position Summary: Support clinical pharmacology
and DMPK function from pre-IND to post approval for small and/or
large molecules.Responsibilities:Support clinical pharmacology and
DMPK function from pre-IND to post approval for both small and
large molecules in all therapeutic areasUnder the guidance of
clinical pharmacology lead,Collaborate with toxicologist and
preclinical pharmacology scientists to design, analyze, interpret,
and report preclinical PK and translational PK/PD studies to
support candidate selection and IND filing, including human PK
prediction to support starting dose and dose escalation schemes for
first-in-man studiesDesign clinical pharmacology studies and
perform PK data analysis for data interpretationPerform and/or
oversee population PK, PK/PD, and exposure-response analysis to
support dose selectionsPresent clinical pharmacology and DMPK
results to internal and external stakeholdersContribute to author
nonclinical, clinical and regulatory documents related to DMPK and
clinical pharmacology components, including protocols, study
reports, INDs, IBs, briefing documents for regulatory meetings, and
NDA/BLA; author scientific publicationsWork closely with
collaborators and CROs in study protocol/report review for both
preclinical and clinical studiesQualifications and Skills
Required:-3 years of industry or equivalent experience and an MD,
PhD or PharmD degree in pharmacokinetics, pharmacometrics, clinical
pharmacology or other related disciplinesFamiliar with Phoenix
WinNonlinExperience in mathematical modeling and programming (e.g.
R, NONMEM) is preferredDemonstrated ability to work in a highly
collaborative, multi-disciplinary team settingSelf-directed and
motivated researcher, with willingness to learn new tools and
approachesExcellent written and verbal communication

this role is $144,000.00-$176,000.00 annually. The base salary
offered may vary based on the final candidate's qualifications. The
level of this role may also change based on the final candidate's
qualifications.In addition to the salary, this position is eligible
for the benefits listed here and for the following plans:Salary
Plan, Annual Merit Plan, Annual Equity Grant, New Hire Equity
