Description:
* Outpatient environment
* 3 clinic days per week, 1:3 or 1:5 call rotation
* Very flexible schedule - open to someone full-time or part-time

Responsibilities:
* The CNM will manage the care in the antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum period and provide non-surgical gynecologic care in an out-patient environment
* Conduct H&P and interpret screening and diagnostic procedures and tests
* Work in a collaborative manner with other agency providers, clinical support staff, and administrative personnel
* Provide health education for patients and families

Qualifications:
* Education in nursing and midwifery
* Certified by American College of Nurse-Midwives Certification
* Illinois License CNM
* BLS certification

Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
