Centra Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of WI to work in the specialty area of Home Health Care. This is a contract, 5x8 days position. (Monday-Friday) HCHB and OASIS Experience Required Guaranteed 40 Hours Weekly Must meet minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per week Territory: Greater Milwaukee area but subject to change No On Call Requirements Minimum Requirements include: Must have at least 1 year of Home Health experience within the past 3 years Current Registered Nurse (RN) license within the state of practice.
