Details Sign-On Bonus: Available Department: Primary Care
Schedule: 1.0 FTE | 40 hours a week | Full-time | M-F | 7 AM - 5:30
PM, 4 days per week, varied days off each week | No weekends or

Responsibilities Assist with the examination and treatment of
patients under the direction of a physician. Assist with treatments
ordered by physician as supervised by physician or registered
nurse. Perform select clinical duties. Interview patients, measures
vital signs, and records information on patients' charts. Prepare
treatment rooms for examination of patients. Perform basic clerical
duties including answering the phone, maintaining records, and
filing. Perform basic materials management functions to include
ordering and stocking of supplies. Assist with maintaining a clean
and orderly environment. Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider obtained within
1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.
Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable
cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required
professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of
education or experience, if applicable. Additional Preferences MA
education and or 5 years experience of MA work on the job. Medical
Assistant: Responsibilities: Assists with treatments ordered by
provider as supervised by provider or registered nurse. Performs

post discharge, holistic health needs, available resources and
follow up care. Medical Assistant
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Required Credential(s): BLS
Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)
obtained within 1 Months (30 days) of hire date or job transfer
date. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of
applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note:
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu
of education or experience, if applicable. Work Experience: Some
experience as a medical assistant strongly preferred. Clinic LPN
Licensed Practical Nurse: Responsibilities: Contributes to the
assessment of patients and assures the well-being of patients.

to medications or treatments. Performs laboratory tests and
therapeutic services. Educates patients/families about disease
treatment plan including self care post discharge, holistic health
needs, available resources and follow up care.
