Duly Health and Care in Schaumburg is seeking a Urologist who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward. Opportunity Highlights Clinic coverage will be in Schaumburg, a new state of the art facility, which opened in August 2025. Our 100,000-square-foot multi-specialty medical office building offers Primary, Specialty, and Immediate Care, lab services, imaging, and more. Possible satellite coverage will extend to Hoffman Estates practice. Compensation & Benefits The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $475,000 - $525,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $500,000 - $650,000.
