Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
full-semester contract opportunity is available for a licensed
Speech-Language Pathologist to support a high school setting in
Chicago, IL. This position requires an onsite commitment three days
a week, with Wednesdays mandatory and the remaining two days
flexible, enabling a balanced workweek while providing consistent
support to students. Responsibilities include conducting speech and
language assessments, developing individualized treatment plans,
and delivering direct therapy services to a caseload of
approximately 25 high school students. These students present a
variety of learning disabilities, requiring tailored therapeutic
approaches to foster communication skills and academic success
within the school environment. Key qualifications and expectations:
Valid certification and experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
within a school setting Ability to work closely with students
exhibiting diverse learning disabilities Strong interpersonal
skills for collaboration with educators, families, and support
staff Commitment to onsite service during scheduled hours, 8:00 AM
to 3:00 PM Flexibility to work Wednesday plus two additional days
per week, from August 12, 2025, through May 15, 2026 This role

Compensation for this position ranges from $36.40 to $66.40.
