Job Description:

to apply for the position of Home Health RN Clinical Manager. This
role is crucial in our mission to provide outstanding healthcare
services in the comfort of our patients' homes. The Clinical
Manager will oversee a team of nursing staff, ensuring high
standards of care are maintained across all home health services.
Responsibilities include staff management, coordinating patient
care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and
fostering a supportive and effective care environment. This
position offers a significant opportunity to impact patient

Lead and manage a team of home health nurses and auxiliary staff.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee patient care activities to ensure
compliance with care standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate in the recruitment, training, and professional
development of nursing staff. Conduct regular performance reviews
and manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to plan and
evaluate service delivery. Ensure documentation and patient records
are maintained accurately. Address and resolve any issues related
to patient care or staff performance. Strong leadership and team
management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of home health care regulations and standards
Proficient in using healthcare software and patient management
systems Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make
critical decisions Empathy and dedication to patient care Medical

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice CPR
certified BSN or MSN preferred
