Martha’s Health & Wellness is seeking a Board Eligible/Board
Certified OBGYN Physician to join an established OBGYN practice
that is poised for growth. Great opportunity for either an
experienced Board-Certified Physician, or a newly trained Board
Eligible Physician Clinic is conveniently located on the campus of
AMHW Community Health Center in Chicago Heights IL Full-time and
Contract opportunities available 3 days/week in clinic providing a
mix of Obstetrics and Women's Health services: 60% OB/ 40% GYN Call
responsibilities: 6 shifts per month Approximately 60 deliveries
per month, credentialed with St. James Hospital in Olympia Fields
Opportunity to perform robotic surgery AMHW EMPLOYED BENEFITS:
($250K - $35Ok) FOR EMPLOYED AND IC RATE IS $175/HOUR FOR CLINIC –
PLUS CALL PAY - Medical/Dental/Vision - Malpractice/Tail Coverage -
$2K CME Allowance with 5 Days Paid Time Off - 3 Weeks Paid
Vacation. Increases to 4 Weeks After Year 4 - 3 Paid Summer Days (1
for July, 1 August, 1 for September) - 1 Paid Wellness Day - 5 Paid
