Job Description Job Description ChicagoCAC employees are

with the Core Values of the organization. Responsibility Summary
Provides individual, family and group therapy and case management
to clients within agency policies and procedures and practices.
Assesses the social service needs of clients and makes appropriate
referrals. DEI&AB Culture Commitment: BCBT is responsible for

initiatives. Primary Responsibilities: Provides direct individual
and family therapy to a minimum caseload of 15 clients including
comprehensive evaluation, treatment planning, effective treatment
implementation, and discharge planning within the guidelines
established by the Family Hope Center. Facilitates a minimum of two
to four therapy or psychoeducational groups (child, parent,
combined child and parent, or family) per year (e.g., Hope and
Healing, ICDP). Performs a variety of casework duties, including
obtaining, analyzing and evaluating data necessary to implement
client services. Actively participates in reflective, clinical and
administrative supervision with the clinical supervisor at a
frequency to be determined by the therapist and supervisor
together. Actively participates in Family Hope Center department
meetings and case consultations. Actively participates in peer
consultation process. Participates in Family Hope Center file
reviews. Provides linkage to other appropriate resources, including
intensive case management services, based upon the needs of clients
and families. Maintains accurate, complete and timely client
records as required by the Family Hope Center and ChicagoCAC.
Conducts crisis assessments and responds appropriately to client
crisis needs. Participates in Family Hope Center community events
and actively fosters supportive community environment within Family
Hope Center for clients and families. Promotes trauma resiliency
among the Family Hope Center team, ChicagoCAC staff, and MDT staff
by participating in and contributing to projects to foster the
trauma informed environment, e.g., Breathing Room. Facilitates
trainings for Family Hope Center students. Performs other duties as
assigned. Discretion The Therapist has a mid-level range of
discretion and independent decision-making. Supervisory
Responsibilities The Therapist has no direct supervisory
responsibilities. Relationships The Therapist works closely with
the Clinical Supervisor, Family Hope Center team, Advocacy
department team and manager of PATHH and intensive case management.
Qualifications Minimum requirement of a Master’s Degree in Social
Work, Counseling, Psychology, or another human services related
field. Must be eligible to receive LCPC, LCSW license or PsyD.
Minimum of three years of experience providing trauma-focused
evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents. Strong
problem-solving, organizational, written, oral, and communication
skills needed. Demonstrated awareness of multiple cultures and
cultural impact on the delivery of service a must. Flexibility in
schedule based on the needs of clients is required. Vehicle,
insurance, and valid driver’s license are required. Evenings and
Saturdays may be required. Fluency in Spanish is required. In

2x your salary up to a maximum of $200,000. Additional pay of 10%
of your salary up to $7,500 per year (available after 6 months of

care, flexible spending, and taxable spending. Taxable spending may
be used for health club membership, fitness activities, tuition
reimbursement, student loan repayment, among other options. Paid
Time Off (“PTO”): PTO starts accruing the first day of employment
and accrues at a rate of 35 days in a 12-month period. PTO days are
used for all days off, including holidays and sick time so you have
maximum flexibility in the use of your PTO. Timing of vacations may
be dependent on client needs, as that’s our first priority. PTO
goes up to 40 days after 5 years. Additional PTO for FMLA-related
reasons up to 20 days. A remote work policy that provides
flexibility in work hours so long as operational needs are met.
Regular expert training on evidence-based therapy modalities, which
includes being able to earn Continuing Education Units. A casual
