Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An
opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) to support K-12
students within a therapeutic special education setting in Chicago,
IL. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY) and
offers a focused role working with a diagnostic caseload alongside
a small early childhood (EC) caseload. Responsibilities include
providing speech-language services primarily to EC students during
afternoon sessions, scheduled two times per week. The remaining
half-days are dedicated to comprehensive report writing, with the
three full workdays devoted to conducting diagnostic evaluations
and participating in related meetings. This role requires in-person
service delivery, as virtual options are not available, ensuring
direct interaction and hands-on support for students within the
therapeutic center environment. Qualifications: Valid SLP
certification with CCC credential Experience delivering
speech-language pathology services in school settings, especially
with K-12 students Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments
and developing individualized therapy plans Ability to manage a
small caseload of early childhood students effectively Strong
organizational skills to balance direct service and documentation
responsibilities Commitment to working within a therapeutic center

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.40 to $61.40.
