Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
well-qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought to
provide specialized services in a therapeutic center setting for
the remainder of the current school year. This contract position
supports K-12 students with a focus on diagnostic evaluations and a
small early childhood (EC) caseload. The role involves servicing a
caseload of approximately 9-10 EC students in the afternoons twice
weekly, with dedicated time allocated on other days for
comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, report writing, and team
meetings. This setting emphasizes hands-on, in-person therapeutic
supportvirtual services are not available. Location: Naperville, IL
Duration: Contract through the current school year (CSY) Setting:
Therapeutic Center supporting students in a K-12 school environment
Key responsibilities include: Conducting thorough diagnostic
evaluations to assess student speech and language needs Providing
direct speech therapy services to early childhood students in the
afternoons twice weekly Completing detailed reports and
documentation in a timely manner Participating in meetings
regarding student progress and planning appropriate interventions
Essential qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working within school
settings, particularly with specialized therapeutic populations
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills aligned with best practice
Ability to work effectively in a structured therapeutic center
environment providing in-person services This opportunity offers a
structured schedule balancing direct therapy and evaluation work,

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.40 to $61.40.
