Strong community impact and mission-driven organization Role Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans Order and interpret lab tests and imaging Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams Ensure timely and accurate documentation Qualifications ??
