available for a licensed Physical Therapist to support K-12
students at a school in Gary, IN. This opportunity begins on March
9, 2026, and concludes on May 28, 2026. The role requires
commitment for one day per week, totaling four hours. The caseload
ranges from 0 to 100 students, offering a dynamic and engaging
experience. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver skilled physical
therapy services tailored to school-age children. - Collaborate
with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to support
students' functional goals. - Maintain detailed documentation and
reports in compliance with school guidelines. - Participate in team
meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs).
Required Qualifications: - Current Indiana license as a Physical
