Job Description:
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a
dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients
with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily
skills while exploring the Greater Milwaukee area. Minimum
Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in
Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active
Wisconsin OT license required to start the assignment. At least 12
months of home health experience within the past 3 years, required.
Experience with HCHB electronic medical record and OASIS for home
health required. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Ability to meet productivity expectation of approximately 30
productivity points per week and full-time availability (40 hours
per week) as outlined by the client. Must be able to work within
the Greater Milwaukee territory and travel to patient homes as
required by a home health setting. Assignment Details Facility
Type: Home Health Shift Name: Days Shift Pattern: Days, 5x8 (Monday
through Friday) Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts Length of
Contract: 13 weeks Call Requirement: No on-call responsibilities
Territory: Greater Milwaukee area (travel to patient homes
