- Keeping the dish area clean and organized.
- Load, run and unload dish machine.
- Restock all plate ware and silverware on each station.
- Monitor dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
- Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
- Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.RequiredPreferredJob Industries
