As a part time Banquet Server at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of the event as well as serving food and beverages to our guests, set-up, upkeep, break down, and cleaning functions. Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. Serve food and beverages to guests and set up/break down banquet rooms per contract and Manager's instructions. Prepare work areas (e.g., coffee and bread stations) before functions. Handle guest requests, seeking assistance from Manager/Supervisor when needed. Communicate regularly with Manager/Supervisor on work progress. Maintain cleanliness in banquet rooms, public areas, and storage. Manage inventory of supplies. Uphold the high standards of quality and service that are expected of a four-diamond resort. Perform other assigned duties as directed by Manager. What do you bring to the role?
